Classic Bread Recipe

This is my favorite bread recipe. This is the only one I use. I even use it to make cinnamon rolls.

Here goes... add in order to your bread maker and set it to dough.

10 ounces of water (9-11 depending on where you live)

1 & 3/4 tsp. salt

2 Tbs. butter or margarine (70%)

4 C. bread flour

2 Tbs. sugar

2 Tbs. dry milk

2 & 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Dough should form a smooth ball in the first kneading cycle.

If sticky add small amounts of flour.

If bread maker clunks add small amounts of water.

When dough is finished you have the perfect product to make many different things.

I love this pottery piece to bake in! Simple that is the only way we do it in our house.

Enjoy!
